On the 27th of October there was a charity raise in our school. Funds were raised for the shark adoption due to the European Sharks Week. We totally succeeded in fundraising! And we are proud that the 6-metres long shark Sekani coming from Tanzania, Mafia Island was adopted by our school. Money from the cakes-selling has been given to the Australian Shark Research Institute and will help to protect those beautiful animals. Sharks are often hurt by human cruelty and are in a great danger right now. We are going to continue this action next year.

We would like to thank our biology teachers for help and support. We hope that we will not be the only ones in Gdańsk that engage in such a right issue soon.
